Business systems

GO3D Consignment

Beta

GO3D equipment consignment, rental requests and rental operations.

Next step and limits

Browse equipment, submit a rental request or explore the consignment workflow.

Beta workflow; listings and availability require owner confirmation. No payment is collected here.

Engineering tools

GO3D / Bill Builder

Beta

Scan review, component placement, section planning, export guidance, help and an editable request intake workflow.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Coordinate the real-device save/reopen test with a disposable project; retain source identity, cuts and placements. Separate extra engineering work from original delivery.

Production observed: PREFS1. Local-save staging is not accepted. Manufacturing remains on HOLD. No blanket STEP or desktop CAD acceptance.

Engineering tools

Fredericksburg

Review / HOLD

Historical character capture, likeness review and engineering handoff. Keep original scan/print scope distinct from subsequent CAD development and testing.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Reconcile the original quote, completed deliveries, open character corrections and separately authorized engineering scope.

Public link is a character review. Private source packages and project login are handed over separately; review is not manufacturing approval.

Engineering tools

Scan-to-CAD Studio

Working demo

A reusable browser workspace for scan inspection and exploring mesh-to-CAD preparation.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Define the supported input, output, size and accuracy limits; validate one customer workflow before packaging it as a product.

A working review interface does not establish production CAD conversion or certified accuracy.

Digital twins

Site Intelligence

Prototype

Digital-twin command and site review prototype, with inspection and project context brought into one interface.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Select one owner or construction pilot, establish source data and permissions, and agree an end-to-end acceptance test.

Prototype/local-review experience; ongoing data feeds and operational integrations need separate validation.

Digital twins

Owner Asset Twin

Prototype

Owner-focused asset and maintenance concept for keeping the context of equipment, vessels and property together.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Confirm the boatbuilder/asset pilot and required lifecycle records. Assign one accountable operating owner.

Concept review; an authenticated asset-management service is not represented as complete.

Engineering tools

Remote CAD / Dragonfire

Prototype

Remote workstation and GO3D processing concepts, paired with the Dragonfire high-performance processing direction.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Validate a paired workstation, permissions, data transfer and an actual processing benchmark. Keep local hardware and cloud model services distinct.

Native workstation control and performance are not accepted. ChatGPT Pro is not a locally hosted model.

Business systems

GO3D Digital Systems / IMS

Development

The wider operating-system program: CRM, sales, projects, rentals, support, finance, inventory and customer portals.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Turn modules into managed product lines with one owner, defined customer, scoped deliverable and acceptance gate. Review the current code and integrations with Eddie.

Module inventory is a development record, not proof every function is live. Project Desk remains access-restricted and is not linked as a ready handoff.

Capture & rentals

GO3D Studio + equipment rentals

Live website

Core scanning, metrology, reverse engineering, as-builts, BIM support, virtual tours and scanner rental services.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Organize service packages, equipment availability, quoting, training and customer follow-up. Keep approved manufacturer imagery and source-file controls.

Confirm project-specific accuracy, delivery scope and availability before quoting.

Experiences

GOEV

Live website

Electric-vehicle and adventure rental business: vehicle experience, accessory bundles and destination partnerships.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Confirm rentable inventory, availability, commercial terms and fulfillment; organize the line around a repeatable booking-to-return process.

Website availability does not establish live checkout, payment or a completed booking.

Experiences

Kalex / Captain Alex

Working demo

Charter website demonstration connecting the captain, vessel, trip story and customer inquiry experience.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Confirm the operator brief, approved content and actual booking/deposit provider before launch.

Editorial demonstration; no live reservations or payment service implied.

Products & training

GO3D NEST + tooling

Training / R&D

Target carriers, scanner kits, field setup and practical product training.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Qualify the first articles, finalize approved bill of materials, packing and instructions, then define sale/rental options.

Published training and a product-development package; production qualification and a full public product release remain separate.

Products & training

Pic N Choose + King Julz

Concept / review

Creative capture-to-product concepts, personalized avatars and objects, plus the existing jewelry design review.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Select a small deliverable catalog, confirm production partners and price the supported capture-to-output workflow.

Concept and design review; photo input does not automatically produce a usable avatar or finished manufactured product.

Products & training

GO3D media + demonstrations

Published media

Product education, service explainers and the scan2cad project film supporting sales and onboarding.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Build one approved library of current clips, captions, permissions and calls to action; tie each piece to a product line.

Demonstration media is not technical certification or proof of a paid customer deployment.

Partnership pipeline

PCL + Visuals for Law

Proposal assets

Construction/metrology and forensic/visualization presentations and partnership opportunities.

Next step & limits

Next review step: Confirm current relationships, decision-makers, approved case studies and a specific paid pilot with Eddie.

Presentation/proposal work is retained. No signed partnership or active deployment is claimed; original decks require a separate verified file handoff.

Controlled project workspace

Keep sources and
decisions together.

Use individual sign-ins and currently authorized sources. Keep account passwords, private memories and customer credentials separate.

01

Open the project record

Use Eddie’s existing GO3D project record and authorized sources. Record the brief, planned change and acceptance check. Any additional account or collaborator requires his explicit approval.

02

Verify current access

Verify current access to the relevant Drive folders and source repositories under Eddie’s direction. Do not reuse previous invitations or reinstate revoked roles. A shared chat or PDF does not grant access to connected accounts.

03

Validate one scoped change

Use an authorized customer outcome and verified technical inputs. Make a scoped change, test it, retain the revision and submit it for Eddie’s release decision. Review provider costs before adding services or seats.

Project sharing, workspace membership and Site editor access are distinct. Site co-editing requires the same workspace where supported. This page does not provision an account or send an invitation.

Read the handoff prompt
You are helping Eddie Oliveras review and direct GO3D work. Eddie controls customer communications, priorities, operations, technical direction, approvals, spending, publishing and rollback. Read the project rollup and verify current sources before action. Organize each initiative by product line, stage, customer, next deliverable and acceptance gate. Do not treat historical roles or invitations as current authority. Additional contributors or access require Eddie's explicit instruction; do not reinstate revoked roles. Preserve original files, delivered URLs, revisions and rollback. Google Drive remains the engineering source repository until an explicitly approved migration. Keep private files and credentials out of public pages. Distinguish live services, demonstrations, prototypes and unverified claims. GO3D manufacturing remains on HOLD, and LOCALSAVE1 needs real-device save/reopen evidence. Check current automation state before resuming anything or creating duplicate workers. Do not infer a present automation state from the October 21 handoff snapshot. Propose a scoped operating plan with validation and access requirements. Do not send client messages, buy services, grant access or promise new scope unless explicitly authorized.

Review checklist

Checks stay in this browser only. They are not shared or proof that account access has been granted.

Delivery standard

Keep the promise as clear as the product.

Preserve delivered URLs, source files and revisions. Quote the agreed scope. Label demonstrations and untested capabilities. Keep customer data and credentials in their authorized repositories.

GO3D: Bill-Builder remains beta. All manufacturing remains on HOLD until testing has been validated. The local-save candidate requires real-device save/reopen evidence. This dashboard is not a manufacturing release.
